                  I love how you captured the clouds movement and the stars in focus.  You found the perfect shutter speed for both. This photo impresses me technically because it combines some hard conditions. Long exposure on whites, and night time blacks.   You really captured the dynamic range here with your edits. Without crushing blacks or blowing the clouds right out. 3TU!
