RawKiln is a photography community built for sharing work, giving critiques, and improving craft. By using RawKiln, you agree to follow these rules.

1) Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted intimidation.
• No doxxing (posting private info), impersonation, or encouraging others to harass someone.
• Keep language PG-13 / work-safe. No sexually explicit or pornographic content in text, titles, comments, critiques, usernames, or image uploads.
• No hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks someone based on protected characteristics.

2) User content is user responsibility

RawKiln hosts user-generated content. Posts, comments, critiques, and images submitted by users do not represent RawKiln, its owners, or employees. Users are solely responsible for what they upload and write.

3) What you can upload

RawKiln is for real photography.

Allowed:

• Your own original photographs (including edits you made to your own photos).
• Nude images are allowed, only within the user's age verification, and only in the Boudoir category. No exceptions.
• Limited soft nudity may find its way to the main site. This content may be flagged, and moved or removed depending on the moderator's discretion.

Not allowed:

• Other people's work (no reposts, no "found online," no screenshots).
• AI-generated images (including "AI photography," text-to-image, generative fill that creates major elements, etc.).
• Non-photographic artwork (illustrations, digital paintings, renders, memes, heavy composites that are primarily graphic art rather than photography).
• Anything illegal, exploitative, or abusive.

If you're unsure whether something counts as "photography," default to not uploading it.

4) Copyright & ownership

• You keep ownership and copyright to everything you upload.
• By uploading, you confirm you either own the copyright.
• Don't upload anything that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

5) Model releases & privacy

• If a photo includes identifiable people, you're responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws and obtaining any releases required in your region.
• No private or non-consensual imagery (within public-domain laws). No hidden camera content.

6) 21+ areas and age verification

• Some parts of RawKiln may be restricted to 21+
• You must be 21+ to view or access 21+ categories.
• RawKiln may require age verification (e.g., account birthdate, verification checks, or other reasonable methods).
• Attempting to bypass age restrictions (lying about age, using another account, circumventing site no-access framework, etc.) can result in removal of access or account suspension.
• If age is not verified, 21+ areas may be hidden or unavailable.

7) Boudoir rules (21+)

Boudoir is allowed only if it is:

• Tasteful, non-explicit, and legal
• Consensual and respectful
• Compliant with all applicable laws and platform standards

Not allowed in Boudoir:

• Explicit/pornographic acts, graphic nudity intended as pornography, or sexually explicit content
• Exploitation, coercion, or content involving minors (instant removal + reporting). In the case of perverse/sexual/nude content involving minors, authorities local and abroad WILL be contacted.

RawKiln may remove any Boudoir content that crosses the line from tasteful boudoir into explicit pornography or violates local laws.

8) Critiques and comments

• RawKiln is a critique-focused site. Keep feedback helpful and specific.
• Critique the photo, not the person.
• No personal attacks, name-calling, humiliation, or "dogpiling."
• Avoid sexual comments about subjects. Keep discussion about the work.
• No spam, scams, or solicitation.

9) Community safety & moderation

RawKiln may:

• Remove content, hide categories, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules
• Limit access to protect the community (including temporary holds while reviewing reports)

Repeated violations or severe violations may lead to a permanent ban.

10) License to use your submissions to promote RawKiln

To operate and promote the platform, you grant RawKiln a limited license to use your submitted content.

By uploading/posting (photos, titles, descriptions, critiques, comments), you grant RawKiln a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, display, reproduce, resize/encode, and distribute your content within RawKiln
• Use your content (including thumbnails and excerpts) to promote RawKiln on the site, in emails, and in marketing/media, including social platforms

This license:

• Does not transfer ownership (you keep your copyright)
• Is limited to RawKiln operations and promotion
• Continues until you remove your content or account, except for reasonable technical/archival copies and prior promotional materials already published

11) Reporting

If you see content that violates these rules: Use the report tools (when available) or contact the site admin via the support/contact method listed on RawKiln.

12) Enforcement and updates

RawKiln may update these rules. Continued use of the site after changes means you agree to the updated rules.
